Working under the supervision of the Project Manager, the BD Consultant is involved in providing objective analysis and specialist skills with the aim of creating value and improving business performance of the clients.

This is an Associate level position but a dynamic one, requiring commute / travel to the different clients’ sites. The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing the clients’ long-term competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable. Some of the main duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing independently all stages of activities related to their projects
  • Setting priorities to achieve goals and objectives with high quality standard
  • Creating mechanisms to control structure of data and information
  • Doing research and collecting data in order to turn it into relevant information
  • Educating, communicating and informing clients about the services provided by the firm
  • Partnering with client teams in gathering data, devising alternatives and generating recommendations
  • Monitoring and supporting the progress of the work along with other team members
  • Structuring presentations and writing up reports
  • Communicating clearly and accurately with the team and clients
  • Reporting problems and raising suggestions about solutions to the immediate team leader
  • Giving support to more intensive work as per the projects demand

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

  • A degree in business or related field, preferably with emphasis in international sales and marketing
  • 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent academic credentials for university coursework
  • Experience in organization, operations, quantitative analysis and financial analysis
  • A good level of knowledge in operations, marketing, finance and data analysis techniques
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (speaking and writing)
  • Proper time management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

Working under the supervision of the General Manager, the primary role of the Consulting Manager is to lead the main pillars of our consulting practice: people management, delivery management and client engagement. The key responsibilities include:

  • Directing the business operations and the resources of the consulting practice
  • Managing and leading through the consultants’ team and/or senior level individual contributors
  • Being accountable for managing and growing a substantive revenue stream and customer base
  • Identifying, leading, or overseeing the development of customer-facing business solutions and offerings that have an impact on the market
  • Acting as a ‘player coach’, especially overseeing our consulting function but also driving the execution of key consulting studies
  • Formulating and implementing our strategy for delivering consulting services to both, the private sector industries and the non-profit sector
  • Resolving staffing issues for complex engagements
  • Holding accountability for operational/financial metrics and overall business results of the consulting practice
  • Interacting internally and externally with executive management involving negotiation of difficult issues to resolve
  • Interacting with executive levels both internal and external regarding matters that influence policies and strategies

Compulsory Requirements and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in management or related from a top tier institution
  • A post-graduate consulting or related certification
  • Minimum of 8 years prior working experience in the Consulting industry sector
  • Experience is required in solutions design, change management, organizational development, business process reengineering, and supply chain transformation
  • Management and business consulting expertise at a top tier firm
  • Proficiency in using selling and negotiation techniques and tools
  • Distinctive people leadership experience and prior management of complex and high performing teams
  • Advanced technical skills, functional knowledge, client consultative skills and operational management experience
  • Leadership management experience including project, people, customer, and financial management
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships at the executive level
  • Fluency in both English & Arabic

Location: Beirut, Lebanon

The primary role is to make immediate contributions to enhancing the clients’ long-term competitive position and performance. To do this, the trainer is involved in designing and delivering highly interactive and first-class training sessions to professional managers and senior-level executives. The focus will be on a range of topics mainly associated with:

  • Supply Chain Management
  • Demand Planning and Forecasting
  • Procurement and Materials Management
  • Tendering, Negotiation and Contracts
  • Manufacturing and Operations
  • Total Quality Management

Compulsory  Qualifications

  • A master’s degree in Supply Chain management or related
  • A post-graduate related certification
  • Minimum of 12 years prior working experience in the Supply Chain function
  • Prior experience in delivering training sessions
  • In-depth knowledge about the topics to be facilitated
  • Fluency in both English & Arabic

The trainer must have the below required skills:
