This course will be moderated by Mrs. Joumana Eid

Joumana is a result-oriented strategic marketing professional with 14 years of insightful experience across diverse industries (Fast-moving consumer goods, Banking, Advertising, NGO) with leading multinational and regional companies.

Her experience enables her to contribute to the success of the enterprises’ efforts and to create customized solutions in a collaborative and engaging manner. Through the years, she acquired many skills and combined her expertise with strategic thinking, launch strategies, communication, customer centricity and operation excellence.

She discovered her drive for analytical marketing inspired by data-driven and consumers’ insights during her work in the FMCG industry. With her entrepreneurial spirit, she was able to introduce the retail marketing best practices to the banking industry in one of the top-ranked institution where she established a culture oriented towards the customer’s value based on data and marketing analysis.

Because Joumana is passionate about coaching people to use their most valuable assets and energy, she enhanced her leadership and emotional intelligence skills through international trainings; since then, she provides communication, strong team building and ongoing trainings in the different departments or projects she manages.
