Module I – Theoretical Session:

  • How to ensure team members talk and listen equally, display energy, connect with one another, converse informally, and hold productive “idea” conversations.
  • Key considerations for assembling teams to create synergy and maximize performance.
  • Goal-setting mistakes to avoid and techniques for setting goals that produce success and encourage member commitment to achieving those goals.
  • The meaning of accountability and how to implement it within your team.
  • Characteristics of ownership, integrity, connectedness, and confidence or the four elements that build esprit de corps.
  • Ways to capitalize on new ideas, foster creativity, and ensure members continuously improve their skills.
  • Dos and Don’ts for organizing effective team-building activities.

Module II – Practical Session:TFC

  • An innovative web-based business simulation which engages team members in making strategic decisions in the management of a company.
  • Working in teams representing the functional roles of sales, purchasing, supply chain and operations.
  • Teams will be confronted with various real-life, real-time dilemmas.
  • Cross-functional understanding and collaboration are key components, as teams work together to turn the company around.
  • Every decision a member makes has trade-offs, both within and across roles, so teams will only succeed if they align all the disciplines.
  • Winning is about generating the best ROI for the business while still managing your own team’s Key Performance Indicators and targets.
